Pastor Francois finds great joy in the study of God’s word and finds every experience with the word to be transforming. His years of working for God has allowed him to lead hundreds of souls to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

He has had the opportunity to pioneer a well known online Christian radio station, Resurface Radio, which introduced many people to Jesus all across the world for the first time. Pastor also had the opportunity to create the social intervention food, clothing, and household initiative entitled “Market Day,” through which thousands of households benefited throughout the years.

Pastor Courtney Francois founded New Glow Ministries in 2020 to attend to the social and spiritual needs of the communities through Counseling services, Market Day food distribution programs, Church Services etc.. Pastor Francois is also very committed to sharing the word of God on his popular YouTube channel as a means of explaining scripture as he is inspired by God. To create balance he enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and whenever the opportunity presents itself, he enjoys playing outdoor sports such as basketball, football, cricket, and table tennis.

Most importantly Pastor Francois’ desire is to obey God’s heavenly calling on his life and to lead others to have a meaningful experience with Jesus.
